Return & Refund Policy

Bagel Media, LLC ("Enjoy The Bagels™") sells primarily made-to-order merchandise.

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any refund or store credit.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographs and the order number.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, final sale items or normal variations in color and placement that may occur during production.

Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
